  2. 2. Protection and use of personal informationWe manage our participants’ information according to the strictest standards and take the utmost care to prevent leaks, loss, or alterations. An appropriate retention period for personal information has been established separately in accordance with the purpose for which such information is used. Following the expiration of this period, we shall dispose of such information by appropriate methods.

  3. 3. Disclosure of personal informationWe will not disclose or provide personal information to any third parties except under the following circumstances.
    1) When we entrust the management of personal information for the purposes stated above. In this case, we will ask subcontractors to take necessary and appropriate measures in keeping with laws and regulations and use such information only for the purposes stated above.
    2) Disclosure or provision is required within the scope allowed by laws or regulations.
