* When receiving support from a sponsor, please tell us why you want to participate in the International Conference for Women in Business, what you would like to learn and experience at the Conference, what specialization you would like to improve in your future studies, and how you would like to contribute to society after graduation. Please express your thoughts on what you want to accomplish and your thoughts on the Sponsorship opportunity in up to 400 characters. Working adults who have chosen to be Sponsors will read the essays and choose students that they want to support.

Japanese-English simultaneous interpretation receiver
Please request this in advance. Without an advance request, we are unable to provide a simultaneous interpretation receiver on the day of the event.
In order to receive support, the following conditions must be met:
* Participate in all plenary sessions from 10:00 (please arrive by 8:45) to 19:00 on Sunday, July 28th.
* Photos may be posted on website, etc.
Submit a post-event essay (approximately 600 characters) within 3 days of the ICWB*

  2. 2. Protection and use of personal informationWe manage our participants’ information according to the strictest standards and take the utmost care to prevent leaks, loss, or alterations. An appropriate retention period for personal information has been established separately in accordance with the purpose for which such information is used. Following the expiration of this period, we shall dispose of such information by appropriate methods.

  3. 3. Disclosure of personal informationWe will not disclose or provide personal information to any third parties except under the following circumstances.
    1) When we entrust the management of personal information for the purposes stated above. In this case, we will ask subcontractors to take necessary and appropriate measures in keeping with laws and regulations and use such information only for the purposes stated above.
    2) Disclosure or provision is required within the scope allowed by laws or regulations.
